3 Hidden Practices

#1 - If you are practicing (practice mantra: “I am practicing balance”) in a balanced way - that induces the beginnings of balance ongoing. How? Rhythm is essential to understanding this - and something to keep learning from. If something goes in and out, left and right, and up and down in a regulated way, it can carry its own momentum into greater and greater lengths of time without an external force. The secret is that balance practiced ongoing through rhythm produces breakthrough - or what was not possible is now possible or what was not known is now known.

#2 - If you are practicing (practice mantra: “I’m practicing Mind like the moon”) with your eyes open without stress or tension and keep the head centered and aligned with shoulders, pelvis, knees and feet while you rotate back and forth, through various degrees of movement, you can start to see without seeing - or, look at many things at once without focusing too heavily on any one thing. The hidden practice is how in your life you can do this and the mystery is how to bring it into your daily life. “Mind like the moon” is the practiced and cultivated state of becoming not too focused on any one thing, seeing everything around you, and keeping this up while moving to any environment any time you please.

#3 - If you are practicing (practice mantra: “I’m practicing three treasures”) uniting blood breath and energy through stillness and motion you are creating a deep sense of connection to yourself and thus to everything else. The benefit that is known is you may immediately feel better - more calm, relaxed and centered. The hidden benefit is that you begin to see clearly in any situation, without forgetting your inner nature and thus can not be confused, manipulated or injured, which gives you a great peace of mind and offers the beginning stages of courage. Symbolized as Gathering the light.
