Community-Action Recovery Level Programs in QiGong Fundamentals - Beginner
Transformation Arts programs function on a few levels of involvement. At our most basic level, we teach community-action Health and Wellness for basics in self care, recovery, and illness and injury prevention. A person who is beginning their self care education is a candidate for the community-action classes, typically, these classes happen twice a week and encourage beginners to develop personal time for self-reflective practice and beginning life style adjustments. Good for all ages and a perfect fit for age-appropriate standards.
Scholarship level: $5 per class
Recovery level: $50 a month
Community-Action Maintenance Level Programs-Intro to Muscle Tendon Change Classics and the Origin Basics of Tai Chi - Student
Self motivation towards personal study/practice and regular class participation defines this level of interaction. Beginners become inclined to regular study as it becomes clear that the effort put into there practice is rewarded to them in every aspect of their lives. So many aspects of a person's life are reflected through routine, adaptive behaviors and timely interaction, one can benefit immensely from understanding habits, patterns and balancing shifts and daily changes. This level of self care begins to extend into maintaining seasonal health, practices that regulate behaviors that destabilize ,and practices that encourage deeper levels of strength and relaxation.
Student level: $60 a month
Community-Action Refinement Level Programs- Life Style Change Arts, and the Infinite Development Framework of Original Method Tai Chi - Practitioner
Unraveling past traumas that polluted our natural intelligence is the realm of life course correction. Deep levels of innate knowledge stored in our DNA become accessible, sensory perceptions are restored, insight and reflective intelligence become the keys to opening and understanding our place at any given time. The mind/body/spirit union of Tai Chi practice is brought to form level in our lives and the inner and outer frameworks unify. This foundation translates into the Life Style Change Arts and as a by-product, your Tai Chi form practice becomes an outward refinement of your inner development.
Practitioner level: $70 a month
Entry into the educational extension level of the practice requires a desire to learn at the study/practice/teach level of interaction. Basic and on-going learning of the principles of Yin/Yang Theory, Wu Xing (Five Element Cycles), and San Jiao (Three Treasures Rhythm relationships) is fundamental to connecting to the intangible aspects of life-practice and the infinite learning process.
Educators: $80 a month
- Facilitators- This level of development is marked by the desire/interest to give back or circulate the teachings at the recovery level, in community areas of need. Examples of this level work with public education, Senior and age-appropriate standards, employee practice programs and general rehabilitation needs in a given community setting. This level works with the fundamentals in QiGong programs.
- Teachers- Facilitators ability is prerequisite to this level. Developing the capacity to begin, grow, and maintain a class at the recovery/maintenance/refinement levels is a an extension of growing and refining abilities. Teachers can/will assist in class expansion, workshop development, educational gatherings and extended abilities in the Life Style teachings. As part of the teacher experiential training, some administrative development will also be part of the basic curriculum.
- Instructors- Basics in Facilitators and Teacher level abilities are the prerequisite for entry into this level of self developing education. Instructors continue to learn the lineage principles of harmonizing and the extension of the practice as it relates to administrative duties,community standards, regional applications and national outreach. All development is based in Lineage principles and the Life Style Change Arts. Creating larger networks of support, professional standards and public education is the foundation of life balance and human service.
