Natural Learning; A few things learned along the way

One must start with the suspicion/realization that they are perhaps, not in a natural state...

Sincerity allows us to recognize that disharmony may be the prevailing habit, harmony is more fleeting...

One must study the cyclic nature of rhythms to understand that balance is the key...

Balance on-going is the recognition that change and movement are constant, awareness must follow and adapt in accord...

Our experiential learning is part past teachings, part present awareness, part infinite possibility...a convergence of past present and future...

The Crux of Spirituality is basic Health

As our social/economic structure wavers in the winds of change, we the people, experience both the potential creative heights of possible changes, and the deteriorating aspects of that which is crumbing. In the face of this dynamic/potential, we feel the practicality of our spiritual nature; that which connects us in feeling, to each other and all that exists.

Reflections on September and October Workshops

Over the years I have attended many classes, introductions, events and workshops with Michael. There is a thread between all of them that seems to be present; his dedication to working with people where they are at, not giving things out that can't be understood yet (unless that's the lesson you need ), and not confusing people with linear details. If you look at the lineage page you'll see an excerpt about Michaels' teacher which I find particularly relevant to this discussion:

Affirmations

An affirmation is a way of speaking to yourself at a level deeper than you are currently conscious of. Technically speaking, we should not need to speak to ourselves because we are ourselves, nonetheless its still worth our time. Some things I tell myself

Tips for fall

Autumn is a time where the yang/warmth of the sun begins to lessen and give way to the yin/cooler seasons of fall and winter. In autumn one must begin to store vital energy in order to make it through the winter in a healthy state. One must slow down from the sometimes frenetic activity of the summer. The movement of autumn in Chinese medicine is downward, and this is evident in the root-based vegetables that are available during that time. These veggies reach down into the ground to acquire their energy which we consume to acquire that energy.

Transformation Arts is a Health and Wellness, Empowerment, Natural Leadership refinement self-study program. We understand that large scale impact and proof of concept starts from a point, and grows exponentially when societal patterns reveal growing imbalances and can be recognized as opportunities in search of alignment; the success of local public programs can re-structure standards, re-define lowest common-denominator inter-actions and self-accountability in public service programs , and be reproduced at regional, national and global levels.
